Kierstin Kirkendall

Senior Spotlight: Kierstin Kirkendall

Kierstin Nicole Kirkendall was born to Rick and Mary Kirkendall on August 14, 1998. She began school at Temple Christian School in K-4. Since then, Kirkendall has become very involved at school and in her community, especially during her high school years. She has participated in art, drama productions (Safely Home, Anchors Aweigh, Fiorello, Little Women, and Hello Dolly), and National Honor Society. She also has volunteered at an equestrian therapy facility and taught children’s church at Grace Community Church, where she attends. Kierstin’s life verse is Isaiah 41:10, which says “Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

Kierstin’s favorite part of high school was developing deeper friendships and doing crazy things with friends. After high school, she plans to go to college and earn a degree in speech pathology. Kierstin’s favorite movie is Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl. When asked if she could spend a day with any celebrity, Kierstin answered that she would like to spend a day with Theo James. Her dream vacation would be to visit Ireland.
