Senior Spotlight: Victoria Stoddard

Victoria Rae Stoddard was born to Kimberly and Timothy Stoddard at 12:02 a.m. on February 2, 1999, at St. Rita’s Hospital. She is currently eighteen years old and is a senior at Temple Christian School. She has attended Temple for a total of nine years. During high school, she has been involved in many activities! She is first chair flute in the band, she has participated in the play “Anchors Aweigh,” and she has participated in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) activities throughout her high school career. Victoria enjoys being a quiet leader and helping others, and she plans to pursue these interests by becoming a police officer after graduating high school.

Victoria has chosen Matthew 5:9 as her life verse, which states, “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.” She believes this scripture applies to her passion for helping others and pursuing police work. When asked if she could spend a day with anyone, she said she would choose her dad. Her father passed away when she was just one year old, and she would love to get to know him. Victoria also loves music and reading, with her favorite song being “Bleeding Out” by Imagine Dragons. Her favorite book is the “Embrace” series by Jessica Shirvington, and her favorite movie is “Frequency”.

Victoria has said that she wants to live in Texas someday, due to its constant warmth proximity to the friends and family that she knows there. When asked about her dream vacation, she immediately responded with going to a secluded forest, hopefully with her husband, and hiking. She enjoys peace and solitude, and looks forward to one day making this a reality. Thank you for your time, Victoria, and have a great finish to your senior year!
