Mr. Paul Green is a new member of the faculty here at Temple Christian School, and he teaches high school History, U.S. History, World History, Government, and Contemporary Issues. Mr. Green has previously taught at Waynesfield-Goshen, Ridgemont, and Riverside. He has spent forty-six years in education, and has assumed positions of administrator and guidance counselor in his past. Mr. Green attended Urbana University, along with Dayton University, and decided to become a teacher, because he “loves seeing students succeed in all facets of life!” Mr. Green chose Temple Christian School because he had retired as an administrator and wasn’t satisfied with retirement; he wanted to be doing something in education. Mr. Green’s last teaching job was in 1982, and he says that there is not much of a difference between students then and now.
Mr. Green’s family consists of his wife, Bev, his sons, Drew, Chris, and Seth, and a daughter, Kim. Mr. Green also has six grandchildren. In the summer, Mr. Green enjoys playing golf and traveling around the country. His life verse is Joshua 1:9, “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” Mr. Green’s plan for this year is to do whatever the Lord desires him to do.
