TCS Boosters Update

Dear Pioneer families and friends,

This letter is to invite you to be part of the Pioneer Booster Club family.

What is the Pioneer Booster Club?

The Club is a non-profit organization administered by adults with the purpose of supporting students and various programs functioning in the school. All funds raised are used solely for the benefit of our students. Monies raised come only from concessions, Spirit Store, and fundraisers, not from membership fees.

Some examples of support:

  • High school athletic uniforms for each sport once every four years
  • Equipment purchases for all sports
  • Expenses to offset out of pocket costs
  • Choir outfits
  • Banners
  • Musical expenses
  • Trip expenses

Why join the Booster Club?

Join to be able to support the various programs in the school by raising money and making decisions that strengthen them.

  • Fellowship with other families and friends in the concession stand for volleyball, soccer and basketball.
  • Participate in the annual mulch sale
  • Design and run the Pioneer Spirit Store
  • Sell promotional signs to be hung in the gym
  • Participate in a short monthly meeting with others to direct funds and gather ideas

We would like to personally thank Joe (President)/Tammy Recker (Spirit Store) and Becky Shenk (Treasurer) as they will be stepping down at the end of the school year. These individuals have put in a tremendous amount of time and energy into growing the club to where it is now. Their leadership and dedication to seeing students and the various programs thrive will be missed and we wish them the best in their future endeavors. With that being said, we need to fill some positions. If you might be interested in something like this, please feel free to join us at our next meeting for more information.

This is where we would like to personally invite you to join us to carry on in the footsteps of those that went before us supporting the current and future Pioneers. The Booster Club is for everyone. The vision we have is for there to be families and friends with kids in K4 all the way through 12th participating in meetings, concessions and other functions of the club. Of course, we have had people participating that don’t have kids in school also. If you have a passion for the students and the various programs, we welcome you. We know that life can be busy and we respect the time that you would be able to give. The monthly meeting usually tries to be completed in 30-45 minutes and is held on the second Monday of the month at 6:30pm. If you have any questions, would like more information or would like to join (free), feel free to send an email with contact information to : or

Thank you,
Peter White – Vice President
Chad Kinnear – Recording Secretary
