Order forms for the 2020-2021 Witness Wear items are now available (link below).
Please note the following important items:
1) Order forms are Due October 2nd (by 3:30pm) LATE orders will NOT be accepted
2) 1 order form per family is acceptable and preferred as we will deliver the entire order to the oldest student
3) Witness Wear can be worn to school as daily school campus wear on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month
4) please complete the form fully and accurately. Envelops are preferred with order forms and payment.
