Admissions Checklist

Step 2: Application and Screening

Your application is reviewed and student tested

  • Records Evaluation (academic, attendance, and disciplinary records)  *
  • Testing  **
    1. Kindergarten students will be screened to determine academic readiness
    2. Students in grades 1 through 12 will test with STAR math and reading to determine academic readiness (students can be exempted based on National Achievement Test Scores that are in the 90th percentile)

Step 3: Meeting and Evaluation

  • Interview with the Superintendent and/or Principal(s)
  • Provide a copy of Birth Certificate and SSN card (bring to interview appointment)

Step 4: Acceptance

Acceptance

  • Admissions decision is communicated
  • Welcome Packet and decision letter will be mailed

*   Must have a 2.0 GPA; Students who have less than a 2.0 GPA can be accepted if specific criteria are met and are clearly communicated in the interview/admissions process.
