Jarred Michael Huffaker is the son of Mike and Laura Huffaker. His siblings are Kamryn, Ashley, and Lauren. He was born on March 17, 2004, in Des Moines, Iowa.

Jarred has attended Temple Christian for five years. His favorite class was Robotics with Mrs. Finch. Jarred has participated in the National Honor Society and basketball.

Jarred’s hobbies outside of school include swimming, gaming, and basketball. Jarred said if he could have any superpower it would be telekinesis. His favorite animal is a tiger. His favorite book is “The Boy in the Striped Pajamas.” His favorite food is burgers.

Jarred’s favorite bible verse is Joshua 1:9, “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”

Jarred’s favorite class memory is when everybody in his class went to Converge together. Jarred described his senior year as "exciting and eventful." Jarred’s advice to underclassmen is to “study hard and work for the best possible outcome.”

Jarred is inspired by Martin Luther King Jr. that even through tough and hard times to keeps pushing through and persevering. Jarred says he will always remember “Darrick’s funny comments in class.” Jarred plans to attend Rhodes State College after he graduates.
