Jennessa Nicole Sweeney was born on February 27, 2001, to Eric and Nicole Sweeney. She has three siblings: Jaden, Jacqueline, and Jean Daniel. Jennessa has attended Temple since 4th grade. She has been involved in cheer, as well as the play, Little Women, and the musical, Hello Dolly!  Her favorite part of high school has been being able to form many memories with her fellow classmates.

Jennessa currently attends Calvary Church of Praise. Her favorite Bible verse is Isaiah 26:3-4, which states, “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you. Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord, the Lord himself, is the Rock eternal.” After high school, Jennessa plans to attend Wright State University to become a social worker. If she could spend a day with any famous person, Jennessa would choose Walt Disney, because, “it would be cool to see what he was like and to watch him be creative, and make Disney what it is.”

Jennessa’s dream is to graduate college and become successful in whatever field she goes into. Her advice to the underclassmen is to always study for tests and to try your best to keep your grades up. Temple has helped Jennessa by providing her with an atmosphere that encourages her to grow in her relationship with Christ.
