Leah Solomon Beraki was born on April 19, 2003, in Staten Island, New York, to Solomon Beraki and Hanna Kifetew. She has one brother, Aaron Beraki.

Leah has attended Temple for two years. Leah’s favorite memory is going to OSU Lima for the women in STEM. Some of Leah’s extracurricular activities include NHS, tennis, piano, band, and choir.

In her spare time, Leah likes to walk around her neighborhood, work out, and sing. Her favorite food is the tuna sandwich from Panera Bread. If she could travel anywhere, she would go to London, England. Leah says if she could have any superpower, it would be water-bending. Her favorite book is the Maze Runner series.

Some of Leah’s achievements include being the top student in band, Bible II, economics, English 12, and pre-calc. She also received the ACSI Distinguished Student Award for having a 4.0 GPA and above.

Leah’s favorite Bible verse is “Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you: do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.... shall also do to them; for this is the law and the prophets” (Matthew 7:12, King James Version).

Leah plans to major in biology for pre-med, and attend medical school to be a doctor.

Leah’s advice to the underclassmen is to not procrastinate.

Congratulations, Leah! Best of wishes wherever God leads you!
